The Uphill Bakery has been a "micro-sized" home-based business in Uphill Nelson for almost 20 years.
My business philosophy is to create a good quality, basic bread selection that offers my customers value for money while reflecting my support of organic agriculture and energy-efficient production and delivery.
To this end, all of my flours and grains are organic.
For Ballasters I am offering my food service-sized packages of par-baked baguettes. These have 5 x 285 gram baguettes in them.

You will be notified when your order is ready and it will held in the freezer at the Fisherman's Market at 577 Ward St. in Nelson BC. for you to pickup.
